The original quote can change if the trip includes destination changes, added stops, waiting time, tolls, or parking fees. Those additional costs are reflected in the final receipt.

What meeting options are available at the airport?

  • Curbside Pickup: After collecting luggage, contact your chauffeur using the details provided by text and email and share your door number.
  • Meet & Greet: For an additional fee, your chauffeur can greet you at baggage claim with a sign and assist you from there.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flights in real time and adjust dispatch timing to match your actual arrival, whether your flight lands early or late.

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

Yes. Pets are welcome, but an additional pet fee will be added to the final bill.

How do I contact my chauffeur?

You receive chauffeur details by text and email before arrival, including updates when the chauffeur is en route and when they arrive.

Our chauffeurs are trained in route planning, airport procedures, emergency adjustments, professionalism, and customer care. Vehicles are inspected before pickups and stocked with essentials such as water, sanitizer, and charging cables when available.

How can I make changes to my booking?

To modify an existing reservation, contact us with your confirmation number by phone, text, or email so we can update the trip accurately.

Are there charges for additional stops?

Yes. Additional stop charges typically range from $35 to $200 depending on the route and service details.

What are the waiting period fees?

  • Local pickups: First 15 minutes are complimentary.
  • FBO / Private Aviation: Complimentary 15-minute wait after scheduled pickup time.
  • Domestic Flights: Complimentary 45-minute wait after landing.
  • International Flights: Complimentary 60-minute wait after landing. After that, waiting time is billed at $1.50 per minute for sedans, $2.00 for SUVs, and $3.00 for Sprinter vans.

When and how are charges applied?

Charges are applied once your service is completed. A detailed email receipt is then sent to the address associated with your booking.

What are the details of Meet & Greet service?

Meet & Greet is available upon request for an additional fee of $50 plus parking. Your chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim with a sign for a more personal arrival experience.

  • FBO / Private Aviation: 15 minutes free.
  • Domestic Flights: 45 minutes free.
  • International Flights: 60 minutes free.

Do you provide car seats for children?

Yes. We offer car seats for infants, toddlers, and booster seats upon request. To ensure the right equipment is ready for your move, 365 Airport Transfer provides these for an additional fee of $30 per booster seat and $50 per infant or toddler seat. Please include these requirements when arranging your transit.
