Bookings should be placed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup whenever possible. Our reservation team can confirm trip details, vehicle availability, routing questions, and special requests before your ride is dispatched.
We offer complimentary waiting time based on the trip type:
After the complimentary period, waiting time is billed at $1.50 per minute for sedan and mini SUV service, $2.00 per minute for SUV service, and $3.00 per minute for Sprinter van service.
Cancellations or itinerary changes should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Trips changed or cancelled less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before pickup may be charged 50% of the fare. Changes or cancellations within 6 hours of pickup are charged the full fare.
Your final invoice includes the quoted fare plus a mandatory 20% gratuity or service charge. Depending on route details, additional stops may also incur extra fees ranging from $35 to $200.
Parking, tolls, and related out-of-pocket trip expenses are not included in the original quote unless stated otherwise. These charges are calculated after the trip and added to the final bill.
If the passenger does not appear for the scheduled pickup and no notice is provided, the full trip amount will be charged as a no-show.
Pets are welcome in our vehicles. A $30 pet fee applies when traveling with pets.
