Making a Reservation. How To Book Your Ride?

To secure a reservation with 365 Airport Transfer, please reach out to our Reservation Department. We kindly ask that bookings be made at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. Our dedicated team is available around the clock to assist you through the following contact methods:

Waiting Time Policy

We understand the importance of flexibility, which is why we offer complimentary waiting times as follows:

• Local Pickups and FBO/Private Aviation: The first 15 minutes are free.
• Domestic Flight Arrivals: The first 45 minutes post-landing are free.
• International Flight Arrivals: The first 60 minutes post-landing are free.

Beyond these periods, additional waiting time is billed at:

• Sedan and Mini SUV: $1.50 per minute
• SUV: $2.00 per minute
• Sprinter Van: $3.00 per minute

Cancellation and Change Policy

We request that any cancellations or changes to your reservation be made at least 24 hours in advance. Charges for late modifications are as follows:

• Less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare will be charged.
• Within 6 hours of pickup: The full fare will be charged.

Understanding Additional Charges

Your final invoice will include the fare and a mandatory 20% gratuity/service charge. Depending on the route's specifics, additional stops might incur fees ranging from $35 to $200.

Parking and Toll Charges

Please note that parking, tolls, and other related expenses are not included in our initial quotes. These charges will be calculated and added to your bill at the end of the trip, with passengers responsible for these costs.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled pickup without notifying us, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled trip.

Pet Policy

We welcome pets in our vehicles. A fee of $30 will apply for pets accompanying you during your journey.
