Once your journey concludes and we charge the provided credit card, a receipt will promptly be sent to your email. This receipt provides a detailed breakdown of the charges for your convenience.

  1. Why Might the Charged Amount Differ from the Quoted Price?

The initial quote may change due to modifications in the destination or additional stops requested by clients. Our quotes exclude tolls and parking fees. If your trip involves waiting time, extra stops, tolls, or parking fees, these will be included in the final bill, which is detailed in the receipt.

  1. Meeting Options at the Airport
  • Curbside Pickup: After you collect your luggage, contact your chauffeur with the provided details via text and email. Inform them of your door number, and they will meet you promptly.
  • Meet & Greet Service: For an added fee, your chauffeur will greet you at baggage claim with a sign bearing your name, assisting you from there.
  1. What Happens if My Flight is Delayed?

We monitor all flights, adjusting dispatch times to coincide with your actual arrival, whether early or delayed. This ensures your chauffeur is always on time, regardless of flight changes.

  1. Are Pets Allowed in the Vehicles?

Yes, pets are welcome in our vehicles. Please note that your final bill will include an additional pet fee.

  1. Contacting Your Chauffeur

We ensure you receive your chauffeur's details via text and email prior to their arrival. This communication includes updates when your chauffeur is en route and has arrived at the location, facilitating easy contact.

  1. Training Our Chauffeurs Undergo

Our chauffeurs receive extensive training to familiarize themselves with optimal routes and emergency adjustments. They are committed to professionalism and courtesy, treating all clients with respect and providing additional assistance to seniors. Each vehicle is equipped with essentials such as water bottles, hand sanitizers, and charging cables and is thoroughly inspected before each pickup.

  1. Making Changes to Your Booking

To modify an existing reservation, please contact us with your confirmation number via text or email. This ensures we can accommodate your changes promptly and accurately.

  1. Additional Stop Charges

Adding a stop to your route can incur an additional fee, ranging from $35 to $200, depending on the specifics of your route.

  1. Waiting Period Fees
  • Local Pickups: The first 15 minutes are complimentary.
  • FBO/Private Aviation: Complimentary 15-minute wait after the scheduled pickup time.
  • Domestic Flights: Complimentary 45-minute wait post-landing.
  • International Flights: There is a complimentary 60-minute wait after landing. After these periods, waiting time is billed at $1.50 per minute for sedans, $2.00 for SUVs, and $3.00 for Sprinter vans.
  1. When and How Are Charges Applied?

Upon completion of your service, charges are applied to your credit card. A detailed receipt outlining all charges is then emailed to you.

  1. Meet & Greet Service Details

Meet & Greet is available upon request for an additional fee of $30 plus parking costs. This service ensures a personal greeting at baggage claim, adding a layer of convenience and luxury.

  1. Free Wait Time for Airport Pickups

We provide a grace period for all airport pickups:

  • FBO/Private Aviation: 15 minutes free.
  • Domestic Flights: 45 minutes free.
  • International Flights: 60 minutes free.

Availability of Baby Car Seats

We offer car seats for infants, toddlers, and boosters upon request. An additional fee of $25 is charged per car seat to ensure the safety and comfort of your youngest travelers.
